Senior Product Design for TAB – Sports Wagering App.

TASK
Design a feature for TAB customers to view and follow expert tips in the TAB mobile app when they visit a TAB venue. I was involved in the end to end design process from initial “crazy 8” ideation workshops, to designing concepts and prototypes to test with customers in one on one interesting interviews, refining designs based on feedback and creating user flows for scenarios and collaborating within a squad with Peoduxt Owner, Business Analyst and Tech leads and Developers to build the MVP iOS and Android feature in the TAB app.

PROPOSED SOLUTION
As part of a mobile app product called Venue Mode where customers entered a TAB betting venue they could access exclusive offers and features. This feature allows customers to view and follow experts and their tips on horse racing and other sports that are taking place on the day. The customer could then place an informed bet after reading the detailed tip content. They would also be able to view the bio of the expert and receive notifications when tips were available. I was Lead UX Designer on the project designing initial concepts and user flows, testing prototypes with TAB customers and working closely with the development team to provide guidance and assets to implement the final feature.
